A fun guessing game using masks and dramatic play introduces children to mammal behavior, adaptations, and their habitats. An extension activity is included for the art center.
Mammal Matching
Children will further their understanding of mammal adaptations and why animals have certain skin or fur, by playing a fun matching activity. Extension activities are provided for the art and sensory centers.
Searching for Mammals
Children will learn what a mammal is and have the opportunity to locate mammals in their habitat, through a search and find activity in their classroom.
