Coloring Herring Gull Eggs

Students learn characteristics of the Herring gull eggs.

Materials

• Internet/Computer
• Paper or table cloth to paint over
• Paints: green, black, brown (in kit)
• Paintbrushes
• Old toothbrush
• Paper-mache eggs (in kit)
  *modge podge for after the eggs dry to seal paint on the eggs- recommend to do without any students in a well ventilated room.
• Colors
• Herring Gulls (in kit)
• Nests (in kit)
• Eggs (colored and dried)
• Classroom doll (previous kit)
